Doughty Finance is a corporate finance boutique, specialising in mergers
and acquisitions, the sale of businesses, disposals of subsidiaries, and
private equity deals. We facilitate access to capital for growth and funding
buy-outs, as well as management team participation in buy-outs. Founded by
Andrew Doughty, we offer a highly professional, senior and personal approach to
